IMHO, the full impact of all the news has not been fully put out there as yet and thus the volume fell way short of breakout velocity. The road shows Meridian wrote about along with some powerful company PR's should do the trick! And don't forget Chevron letting the cat out of the bag!!

$1.25 will have to wait!! But soon, soon........
