Again very well said. I truly believe the clarification a couple of weeks ago regarding the 5 billion shares is the reason why they will retire the 2.7 billion shares. They were quick to point out they were NOT dumping 5 billion shares into the open market. They realize what that would do to the pps and sentiment over this company. Like you've said, they have a lot of skin in the game and know that the pps is important not only for them but raising capital as well. Like I said, I'm tired of speculating and I'm ready to see this company's whole picture. We should see the whole picture by mid June and will be the turning point on whether a lot of long term investors stay here or move on...
Well done bullethole, I could not agree more. We are simply seeing all of the pieces of the puzzle coming together at the various stages of the process. But based on what I've seen thus far, the bigger picture will be very attractive once the merger is complete and they are ready to move ahead as a cohesive entity.
I personally think it is unwarranted to speculate the minutia of the share structure at this time, since we will not know the final outcome until the audited financials arrive.
