People who RISKED THEIR money betting on this company deserve to get what they get in my opinion

Sadly, simply saying this over and over will not make it true.

As I stated previously to your prior post in which you stated virtually the exact same thing:

Ummm, it is hardly a "risk" to buy stock at a disount that is almost 40% lower than the lowest low EVER in the history of this stock -- a discount that guaranteed them a double+ from the moment they signed their names to the deal. Heck, even the toxic convert notes -- which are already "sweetheart deals" -- only guarantee the noteholders a 40% profit...

There were several other alternatives to raising capital at much cheaper terms involving less shares at much more reasonable discount levels.

It is becoming more and more clear that there is an incestuous relationship between Bob/SCRC and the criminal Section 17(b)-violating promoters that SCRC hired last year, in particular JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his legion of core parrotheads, the nature of which the public is unawares.

By all financial measures, there was ZERO reason for Bob/SCRC to enter into this particular PIPE financing for 19.2M shares at .052/share. All this PIPE did was result in a transfer of wealth from legitimate existing shareholders to JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and others who participated in and hold these .052 shares.
