Of course historical prices matter and glad I was able to show there never was a $45 PPS period or a $24.50 one on May 2000 as claimed and further glad we agree there is no up front $40 million up front from LPC. To have ever said as much would've ben mistaken. I'm glad I never said that but pleased I could help clear up the previous misinformation you mentioned about the stock.
