As you may know, the Federal Housing Agency is a party to litigation regarding shareholder concerns and involving conservatorships of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Because of the pending litigation, brought on behalf of shareholders against the Federal Housing Finance Agency, I am unable to provide a response due to the current legal situation.

We are taxpayers
We are shareholders of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
We are opposed to these companies remaining in conservatorship
We are opposed to the profit sweep of these companies
We are opposed to getting rid of or winding down these companies
We are aware these companies did not cause the housing crisis
We are aware the taxpayers have been repaid in full
We are aware of the thousands of dedicated tax-paying employees these companies employ

We request your timely response with your thoughts and/or plans to release these companies from conservatorship and stop the taking of their profits.
