Yeah - Coda screwed up 4 sure. Not so sure hoodviewtj's view (Post 8333) holds water :

Coda's in NY & case will be tried in FL - but, then, FL is Republcan :-) and maybe he's right !
Anyway, I've got my 35,000 shares & down 36% here - gonna hold - probably 4 a long time till I can recoup & show a profit.
Thinking bottom is here - and that dilution 2 pay off lawsuit is already in the pps.
Would be awesome if Coda would get some kinda involvement in hunt for MH370 ! That's gonna be going on 4 a long time & probably be much more than the $60 Mil estimate.
