So you think they did not do their homework to see what a fair value was?? They just went with what the price was at the time? Thats funny. By the way when the deal is finalized TWEED will have over 15 million $ on the bank proceeding from those shares. The investment bank will have the shares and they can do whatever the heck they want with the shares. Is like a private placement, by no means a loan.
