I haven't been with RSHN or following them prior till recently so I don't have any information on what products or trademarks that belong to them. I don't know what the old information is. It appears from my side of the fence that RSHN and APRU are one company split into 2 entities with RSHN holding all of the trademark licensing and APRU in the past acting as a distributor. That's just a guess though, someone longer in RSHN could answer that better. In the filing on OTC Markets under LVVV the terms of the deal refer to APRU and RSHN as one unit referring to them as "the company".
The wording in the filing is a little tricky and hard to follow but if I understand it correctly what they're trying to do is separate the two companies to have their own licensing and own products, it appears that apple rush will have the apple rush brands and licensing along with ginseng rush and canna rush and canna bliss and it looks like RSHN may have new licensing for the new trademark Green Rush and possibly Hard Rush. This is all speculation and my assumption of how I feel it's worded plus I added assumptions about Green Rush and Hard Rush.
