They are not in "the midst" of a buy back. They have yet to announce when it will happen and how much. In pr's they said simply that they planned to have one in the 2nd and 3rd quarter once approved. We're all here watching when they get around to it and when they pr it it will bring more eyes than falsely saying it's begun.
