how would ANYONE here KNOW or THINK they KNOW what was or wasn't filed ??? I do get that - I happen to be FULLY AWARE of the required paperwork & forms needed to be sent into OTC - an attorney letter is among the doc's required but where in GODs name does the assumption that it wasn't filed come from ???? zeke
