That's what they keep trying to dance around.TMM,Inc and ISI entered into a contract on September 26,1992 to grant Debtor(TMM,Inc) certain licensing rights with respect to the fractal compression technology of ISI. Also what they are forgetting is that TMMI paid millions of dollars for the updates back then;There financials show that!!. The original contract of VDK 1.0-1.4 goes back in to 1992 with TMM,Inc and in October 1994, Pyramid Trust assigned to Debtor(TMM,Inc) certain additional contract rights with ISI regarding modified video compression technology.Questions?. What are those certain additional contract rights and were they violated against IP law?. TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward Worldwide!!.

TB, you say dispute tmm's ownership of VDK 1.0-1.4? I don't have to, its all in the Dec 1996 Iterated lawyer letters. You say you've been to the court and read everything, how do you explain Iterated saying tmm owns NOTHING of their tech?
