d4diddy...these people who call us bashers just don't get it. I have never wanted the company to fail! What I did, and still do want, is to see people held accountable for their actions. It has never been about the company!

I have friends who lost a considerable amount of money in this fiasco. Some still have their shares & some don't. I would like to see those who still have shares recoup some of their money. For those who sold, they are out their cash and the only form of restitution they could possibly receive now is to have justice served. And it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

So, I would like to see this company make it. But when I see BS being served up, I feel obligated to point it out so that others don't get hurt like some of my friends did.

If people want to use the term "basher" against people who point out the truth, so be it!

Now I have wmft in here accusing me of weasel wording. That post was pretty darn plain to me. I guess he hasn't read some of the PR's to truly understand the concept of weasel wording.

But, those people are gone now, hopefully are new leaders will be more straight forward.

What I know is that I am not worried in the least. That is "my" opinion. I pointed out the black and white that you and others cannot stand, and that is that someone thinks our tech is their tech, which means, whether it is revolutionary or breakthrough ( as if there is a difference ), someone cannot stand the fact that our stuff is going in places their stuff cannot!

Imho, this law suit has been anticipated for a while, and the appropiate action will be taken. Sometimes people just hope they can fire a shotgun blast up in the air and get something for nothing!

Imho, the lawsuit company is not thinking through the big picture. Just like a few others failed to do!
