No deals with penny stock companies, nor would they. This is a legit company, been in the business since 1998. They arent a "weed" company. They are a pharmaceutical company that sells pills with ingredients that are commonly found in weed. The benefit is a consistent dose that can be monitored.
They do have a partnership with Otsuka Pharmaceuticals for their drug sativex. Ostuka is Japanese based firm traded on Nikkei, they have 40,000 employees and are one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. This is their only current partnership.
They have 7 other drugs, most in phase 2 of trials. Do your own DD as always, but I am confident you will find this company is not like the rest in this sector. They fully report, they aren't here as a johnny come lately company to the sector.
Head's up on GWPH.. they have a small float. This can cause violent swings in both directions sometimes even within the same day. It also sets up momo players to run in and out of the stock. All in all, I believe this is a winner. Marijuana has been shown to help with epilepsy and GWPH is light years ahead of everyone in the field on this as well as several other areas of marijuana related health issues.
