It's not dilution. These are the pink sheets, selling shares for operating capitol and acquisition is part of the play.

We'll hit mid 2's soon enough today, buy as much as you want to gain next Tuesday.

CURRENT ERBB pps too low to do an offering or issue further authorized shares NOW. Share price would collapse at announcement of offering or any sort of increase in the current float. Therefore, would NOT get anywhere near 3 cents per share for an offering NOW. In the future, maybe, but the POINT is DILUTION is NOT OCCURRING or affecting us shareholders NOW or anytime soon.
