I believe the person mentioned is still here. MDHI is losing probably on every front. 800 to 1 reverse split only benefits joe and ron. That, among other reasons is why you don't see those promised current audited financials. These unaudited 10Qs mean little. Only serves to remind that MDHI has not, is not, and does not expect to have profits anytime soon according to the 10Q just out.
from my under standing you wont see any profits until the march 2013 financials come out that is suppose to be the start of the profitability and positive cash flow. until the march 2013 financials come out all we have are loses.its a game of waiting until he is ready to put them out . they were suppose to be out months ago all we get are excuses on why they are not out. he has also stated that we are going to be current with the sec this was also suppose to be done months ago haven't seen it yet. he made sure the r/s was done though with nothing to hold the pps all he has done is screw everybody here. glty
