I offered two logical scenarios for late filings directly from the sec filing between boylesports and seaniemac none of which included what you just posted. Scenario one is BETS is filing late because of the one month delay on numbers from boylsports. Scenario two is seaniemac is questionong boyles numbers and getting there own audit down. I have a bid in the high 3s and low 3s if it comes but I have a feeling we won't see 3s at all.
