Hope motion gets denied to extend deadline

Hopefully, the request to extend the deadline to reply will get denied. ATVI doesn't want to settle, they don't want to schedule a Markman in Boston, and they don't want to transfer to CA.

If ATVI's view of how litigation was correct, why even bother to have a court system since they would never want anything to be resolved or finished (providing they are the ones infringing.)
