Really, Prophetic? You know for a fact that the SEC was notified, and the company was sent letters?

If so, then you sent them. That is the only way you could know that for a fact. Otherwise, what you are operating on is hearsay.

There was a claim that letters were sent, demanding changes Attorney of Record on the OTC markets Company Profile Page. Also that each of the employees was sent a letter, etc. Also, that it was deceptive and illegal to continue listing Jim McCandless as company President.

I never saw copies of those letters. And I don't believe they were sent. At all.

I think Kathy got tired of messages on her phones and email, and that was all.

I believe she generated the Update based on AFT's 1) emerging from personal tragedy, 2) new developments within the company, and 3) yes, shareholders inquiries, including mine.

I suggest shareholders try not to get their skivvies in a bunch for another day or two, or --- OH NO! --- a week, and see what happens.
