I am a potential investor in AXCG and was just wondering what the company has planned for the future. Here are a few questions I have:

Are you projecting 2014 to be a big year?
**Our Internet traffic has been building and we are running video and display ads to generate revenue. In addition, we have a number of 3rd party web sites where we are leveraging our content for revenue share (see Film Annex). There are a number of partnerships we are working on, which if successful, will generate more opportunities. The strategy is more venues, more content, more partnerships, more traffic, more revenue. We are broadcasting 200+ performances each week, all of which we are recording on our Amazon servers. The amount of content we are generating is enormous. We have the most efficient broadcast network in the world, all of this is being managed by 5 people!

What are the company's plans for future growth?
**See above. We will stay focused on NYC for content for the better part of 2014, however, we will explore opportunities to leverage our content in all areas of the world. For example, this last year we embedded with a poetry site in Romania that was interested in content from Bowery Poetry. More relationships like this generate more viewers to watch our content AND our video ads. This last week alone, we negotiated a partnership with 4 specialized web sites looking for specific content from one of our venues (which will be announced soon). We see much more of this.

Will you be releasing news soon?
**We will continue to release news as it is relevant. You can appreciate that we are extremely frugal and will only incur the expense when we have something meaningful to say.

Does the company have plans for a mobile app?
**We have a long list of development projects and a mobile app is one of them.
