CTKHD float is 1.2 Million and 1.6Million a/s. April 17, 2014 Had a 6000-1 R/s. Last week after 10 years, they released 2 annuals and yesterday a quarterly. In march become ITAR compliant and you can call the subsidiary yourself, they are working with the department on engery and firmilab on project X.
