Why do you want to show so much ignorance? Anyone in the know would tell you that Patent Pending can be more valuable than having the patent number. Do you have any idea what a patent filing costs for a public company? There is no way Nyxio would spend that much money just to aggravate you. As satisfying as that may be, it isn't worth it.
