My senses also went off today when they announced this Sidoti conference.

Mainly due to the time of their presentation, 10 minutes before the bell rings...could be completely coincidental, but it got my brain turning.

One minor correction to your post, you listed the TSA and CATSA visit as one of the final stages for qualification. I do not believe a facility visit is part of the qualification process at all. That said, I do believe a facility visit would be one of the the final stages of their acquisition process.

15 minute mark pretty interesting - "drawing" of a product that currently exists that TSA is not currently looking at but is operational.
