Of course, IDTA has been in this exact stage really since inception. "Almost finished"--both in their plans for world domination of whatever market they think they're in and as an actual functional company. For the most part, they can remain in this stage until the end of time. They have zero debt and their best selling product, shares of stock, they are somehow able to continue to sell when they need money. They are going to have to do a reverse split no matter what happens. I'm surprised the OTC allows companies like IDTA to continue to trade when they are operated in this manner.
