All that's being said with PMCM is what their "intentions" are...that's not enough to move this stock. They need to have deals completed in order to move this. I do think May 20, 2014 it will move some.

Fluff can be released anytime, but for solid PRs...coming through on a legit business plan takes time...and when it's ready... :)
