You shouldn't say Experience "has nothing" to do with running a business.

When your dealing with a "public company" experience counts for something.

Everything in life is based on experience, so I don't agree with you there.

Of course you have key level support from the organization (in Mike's organziation you have a geologist as his right hand woman. But if Mike is drawing off of Shareholders that are emailing him and tweeting him what to do...which is what it looks like is happening, and he's just reacting and trying to follow suit to accomodate a person called "Johnny" from [e-mail].......you need a different CEO, with actual experience LOL

Mike has his own experience his own skill sets...he doesn't have experience in MJ sector, that is why the PPS is the way it is....It's his exectution that is the problem

Experience in the sector has nothing to do with running a business. An intelligent CEO relies on input from others to make decisions. The way it happens in business. Rare to find someone in business who has all the talents and can perform independently. But even if Mike is not in tune with the industry there is a large group of shareholders and associated for him to draw from. So there the CEO is relaying on input from others just like it should be in business.
