Yeah competition is inevitable, but an established bank with established merchant services and channels would be a whole other level that ADCS wouldn't be able to compete with early on. In the true long run, ADCS has no chance. I always thought the best case scenerio would be for ADCS to establish themselves, and be bought by a bigger entity the wants in without having to start from scratch themselves. That's JMHO.....
