What did we get for $25K? A name in the industry? - I do not seem to find them on the internet, white or yellow pages. Materials? Each customer has a specific need. Most successful companies will buy materials for each job. A facility? Not critical for this type of business, but I question if they have one due to the address given is Hudson's office. Tools/Equipment? Most likely what we bought. Unfortunately, they are used tools and can be bought new

That type of business is easy to get into, but there is a very low entry point to get into that type of business. Individuals enter and exit the market all the time thinking they can make money, but realize there is hundreds of others willing to do the work for less. Its a tough business to keep profitable.

I also question hiring a president. Think about it? A President! The company cost $25K. How about hiring a working manager at best? A hidden company with no posted revenues can afford a President. Not sure if I should laugh or throw up.

Wouldn't it help to know how many jobs Anglers has performed since inception, how many employees they have, where they operate out of and what their revenues are?
