When does that company end their fiscal year? I don't believe this rule applies to MDNT until May 1, 2015

I hope this answer makes sense, I'm in a hurry! LOL

REDG FY ends Aug 31st. On May 1st, the OTCMarkets released a PR (see link below) which listed the companies that were bumped to pinks, because they didn't meet the May 1 bid test. Those companies went to the Pinks on the 1st. REDG met the May 1st test and wasn't on the list (still showed up on OTC). Then Tuesday, May 6th, without warning, they showed up on the pinks. That's when I contacted OTCMarkets.

Here's a link to OTCMarkets Daily Tier Changes. Note other companies have been bumped this week too (even on Saturday).

Just to be clear, this requirement is different then the end of the FY requirement. The FY requirement states they have to have a closing bid of .01 or better every trading day. Until then, we have to have an .01 closing bid at least once every 30 days.. that's rolling calendar days.

Here's a link to ask OTCMarkets questions. Just fill out the form and give them your e-mail address (they e-mailed me the answer within 5 minutes). I sent it to the "Market Data Services" dept.
