You don't think I've done my own due diligence. You think I'm going to only rely on you turkeys before investing thousands and thousands of dollars... I don't buy hype. I buy the credibility of The State of Ga, The County, Charles Koppelman and what many others are bringing to the table. I know Manu makes movies, that's it. I know he comes from a very successful lineage and is well respected. I believe in the StudioPlex concept and feel it's much needed. I can see the impact and benefit of creating multiple international revenue streams and the potential of that. There is always an element of risk in investing. I have to be hopeful and optimistic that things will work out. That's just me. It's not over yet.....but when Mick tells Rocky, "you're blowing it kid, you're blowing it" there needs to be a wake call and slap in the face to snap him out of his funk. Manu needs to be punched in the face to wake him the fu** up. And I'll gladly volunteer. That all..... Still holding and optimistic! Damn construction hasn't even started yet....I'm not going anywhere.
