It's very simple, educate yourself as a trader. There's very little manipulation here and there's nothing stopping this from running except volume. You have to consider that it's not always MM's, yesterday there was one sale on .0001's at 50k shares, that could be a regular investor who's got a Bid trying to scare people into selling.
