A joint venture is a partner. I thought we already had a $40M deal with Prime Focus? I guess we'll find out soon enough. I'm looking forward to the 10Q next week to see what the current O/S is & where all these newly issued shares have been used for. I also want to see what kind of revenues & assets Atlas is bringing to the table. Finally, I want to see what Manu's $660K personal loan to the company was actually spent on or is it all just smoke & mirrors.
Prime Focus Deal I do believe that the 40 MIL in value estimate of the Prime Focus Deal will be comprised of Equipment and/or Services that Medient will be able to continually use for a multitude of Productions, However, you don't get something for nothing. I can't wait to see how that deal works. I can't imagine that Prime Focus will relinquish ownership of the equipment and/or services unless they are paid for in some way. It is hard to believe that the equipment and services will be able to used as collateral for a loan. IMO
