looks like somebody came up with a clever way to influence more s/h's to sign up for arbitration. an unproven claim of a $8.25 per share judgement.
i guess tommy boy is still making some coin selling worthless stock, carlton huxley ltd is still working for free and bcit is still not trading, so nothing has really changed.
