I guess Ackman didn't get the memo Network Marketing does $30 billion a year in United States and a $100 billion a year world wide it's a legit business model that was pioneered by Amway in the 1960's. In the 1970's Pyramid schemes emerged based on that legit business model of Amway but where scams with no real products.

Network Marketing has created more millionaires than all other industries in the history of the world and yet people still consider them Pyramid Schemes.

You don't short a successful company in that Industry it's the most powerful form of distributing products in the world.

Some people bet against MYEC and call it a scheme but I beg to differ, so in a since yea it's similar in that nature.
