And 80% to Peter when he repaid the investment.... That does not sound like a back door or take over....simply protecting their investment as is standard practice.

Turner was not paid his weekly fee... Peter is simply a wage thief.

We should thank him for attempting to expose this fraud/scam poss stock.

Many newbies have been saved high losses by his warnings.

Kerry and Jason have smply participated in the scam which Turner refused to do. He has more honesty and integrity than Peter , Jason and Kerry together .

Did I miss the part where turner and quang held a gun to peters head to get him to sign?

Peter didn't have an attorney review the document before he signed? Looks to me like he needed cash so badly he would sign anything. Very poor management.

Business proposals are bantered about constantly. Some are good deals, some aren't. CEOs must be able to discern the difference. He should have just walked away without signing. This is one of many reasons I distrust Peter.

Are these the management skills required to build an international cruise line?

It must be noted that deal you mentioned was completely dead/ rejected by Peter in July 2012. One of many deals/proposals that never subsequently happened and never came to fulfilment .

One of the proposed participant lenders, quang Meredith , had loaned previously some short term monies to Peter personally and the Company on a promissory note, subsequently defaulted, and that is the subject of the Texas upcoming trial against Peter and Company.

The deal you mentioned has no affect on today's environment of record low PPS and record high of A/S.

The company's current dilution, lack of a realistic business plan, absentee part-time management, lack of revenues, years of unfulfilled forward looking statements, record low PPS , missed divys, judgement liens and pending lawsuits, ... Is the reason for current lack of investor interest.

Smart money has sold their interests and moved on to greener pastures.
