Flex /MONA has a ton of paperwork to do. Should start off with an 8K about the R/M . Then they have to file and become current to obtain an OTCQB status. Somewhere in there a filing with the details of the share structure. Super 8K , official name and ticker change !!!!They are some busy people nowadays trying to put it all together! JR
