I don't see that you have a point. What you state is true for every position at every company, everywhere, so how is the distinction with Destiny unique or relevant? It's also true that the Sunnyvale sales office has to make sales and that the new mailman in my neighborhood has to deliver to the right houses.
If this person can't get the job done, I'm sure there are other people in the world who can be hired as a replacement. Why don't you Google the names of the people from Destiny who were at the recent trade show and find out about them? I did and it seems like the company knows how to hire some competent people.
