CWIR: STATED 'no R/S at THIS TIME! And that was some time ago. So, NOW there MAY be a R/S. But, I doubt it. Why r/s when they have BILLIONS of shares to dilute. THEN comes the r/s. 8 BILLION SHARES is way toO much and way too heavy to carry without a R/S. Management isn't going to carry an anchor and be sunk by it's weight. Lots of 'affiliates' to work with and make $$$$ from over the next days, weeks, months.
