Believe him if you'd like, but this is the same man who straight up lied in an email to another poster that KEYO was dissolved in 2012. No articles of dissolution have been filed, or anything else in attempt to dissolve it as of yesterday. I say yesterday because a clerk verified that no such attempt to dissolve has been made.

A man doesn't say things that aren't true if he doesn't have something to hide.
