I agree with you 100%. And I've written my share of cranky emails.
I believe there will ultimately be some sort of solution, and from what I know of Marcus Frasier, litigation or threats of litigation would move us further from that solution. I've got more at stake here than most everyone else, and yet I am going to patiently hold my shares until a solution comes. I still believe Datpiff alone is worth 10X the current price. I can't prove that things will work out well, so don't bother asking. I simply am convinced from what I know about Raphael Haddock that he's working hard to fix whatever problem is holding us back. And having a Marcus Frasier who isn't totally pissed at shareholders might just be a plus for us as well.
Now I'm going to try my best to ignore the board for another few days and go play other stocks.
