How do you buy and sell this?

Put in a Buy order...say you wanted to buy 1.2 Million shares at $.0006 (That's a measly $720). You just enter the trade the way you would any other stock. If someone is selling at your Bid price you will get your shares.

It depends on which broker you use if you can buy and sell it. You may need to call you broker and have them enter the order.
