Sorry, I'm just so tired of that guy's blatent and baseless pumping and misinformation that I was a little testy with you.

It's not actually stock payable in another company.

I suspect they don't have a set category for Preferred stock in the same company.

So because if/when it is actually available to trade it will be under a different symbol, they use the closest category they have.
