Go to the very bottom of this page and you will see Mike Garrow (TFN) as an inactive officer of St James Holdings.

All is very interesting, all is well, as long as the NASD comes back and explains the runaway volumes. I also understand UBSS as being owned by foreign 'overseas' entities.
