Indirectly for sure caddy but I find no evidence that he has stock.

Pearl and Sandy were at ADTM together and there were all those spin offs and proposed spin offs...many DoM connected in one way or another, many Oregon corps, many now moved to Wyoming, probably when they found that Wyoming, like Canada, allows unlimited authorized.

American Heritage, Kolt Curry up front, allegedly Sandy owned or controlled is PAIM's T/A, of course. Might have more on that soon as a friend in Toronto checks out the corp. which in Canada can only be done in person, nothing on the web like the US.

Pearl had 3 million shares ERDTF Equity Retirement Distributors Canada which also morphed out of Adatom, believe it was a Winick Oregon entity at one time too, which she swapped with Mario Pino (small world) for 1/2 a billion MLON.
