assuming what? yesterday's 8k was very clear. revocation of registration is coming.

I'm in at these levels. Why appoint a new BOD if we r headed for permanent revocation? SEC settlement IS stated at the bottom of the 8k but I would think there r plans for timely reinstatement or avoidance altogether.
