I find it hard to believe that Steve sat down with Clear Channel reps, hammered out a deal....only to leave the room not knowing how much revenue Icplaces was going to make.

I find it hard to believe that Clear Channel wouldn't start paying content partners until 5 Airports were built

Doesn't' Steve have another company called Icplaces Productions? Is this where the revenue from the Clear Channel deal going to.....instead of Icplaces? Is it possible Clear Channel is paying Steve and he is hiding this info from Shareholders?

Why didn't Steve ever submit a SEC 8K for this Material Event that IMO shareholders should've known about other than a safe harbor Press Release......?
