Slow in paying their bills again?

How many accountants do they have now?

What was the reason for the eviction? We won't know of course, but payment delays might be the basis for this.

I'm confused on your sentiment...sarcasm??

From my quick read; you left out the 600k escrow shares; etc....in your quote

My quuck interpretation says the have covered their bases on this issue; unless frost gave them a middle finger??

Okay. And then just on a slightly different topic; the 10-Q did mention a problem you’re having with the BioZone facility in Pittsburgh, California with the landlord. Can you shed a little light on that conflict?

Richard Estalella - President and COO
Yes. So we've been paying rent at the facility since taking over the asset in January. As you know, that was an asset purchase. There seems to be some disconnects between the landlord and the seller and the transaction as it relates consents required to support the asset sale. So, we are letting them figure all that out and we continue to operate in this facility. And if needed, we will execute and we have already planned to move plant. So again, we have got it covered but it’s kind of too soon to tell where that will pan out; we are kind of on the sideline, just letting it payout with the original parties involved.
