We been getting some really great red potatoes for several weeks now. Our fav is the oven-baked seasoned potato-wedges.
1 tbspn oil
1 teaspn each of, season salt onion powder 'Mrs-Dash' seasoning dehydrated parsley mix potato wedges and oil/seasoning-mix untill evenly coated, bake at 425 F for about 25 minutes on a cookie-sheet. (We put foil on it first.)
