Yup... companies do that. Its not illegal to Dilute. APT has not done anything illegal (that we know of). A class action lawsuit would actually make sense if they lied in the filings, which is not the case.

We did it to ourselves by being blind and letting our greed outweigh our DD.

I sold all 3.5 million shares today, took a hit but I am glad I am done with this play.
