As far as the .053 stock is concerned those people put up THEIR OWN MONEY and tool the RISK.

Ummm, it is hardly a "risk" to buy stock at a disount that is almost 40% lower than the lowest low EVER in this history of the stock -- a discount that guaranteed them a double+ from the moment they signed their names to the deal. Heck, even the toxic convert notes -- which are already "sweetheart deals" -- only guarantee the noteholders a 40% profit...
