That is what the honorable judge Jackson did all along during the trial, so much so that most of us, including myself thought he was pro Goog and that he was eventually going to hand the verdict to goog, but that never happened. The same may have happened today, IMO. At least I hope so and they will eventually rule the way of truth and the truth is Goog stole vrng's patent and made billions and the least it can do now is give back about a billion, LOL.
